Crude and Vacuum Skid Units
Fabrication, assembly and testing of 2 crude and 1 vacuum heater skid units.
Detail of work comprised:
Structural detailing of all steelwork and fire proofing mesh.
Supply of all steelwork, piping materials, bolts, gaskets etc to Saudi Aramco standards and specifications. Valves and Inline equipment free issue by the client.
Fabrication, assembly, inspection, testing and finish painting of structural steelwork.
Fabrication, assembly, inspection, and testing of all process and trace heating piping systems in carbon steel.
Supply and installation of primary and secondary cable and instrument cable tray routes.
Supply and installation of instrument air manifold stands and stainless steel distribution pipework and supports.
Compilation of all QA & test documentation to Saudi Aramco standards and approvals.
Design, detailing, fabrication and testing of bespoke lifting frame and tackle.
Packaging of all SKID units suitable for open sea freight cargo to Saudi Arabia including all shipping documentation.
