Using our highly motivated team of dedicated, directly employed labour, well-versed in the needs of our clients’ sites, we are fully able to solve complex delivery problems.
The construction division is operated from our facility in Sotherby Road, Middlesbrough. From here, we are able to provide labour anywhere in the UK. We can provide total site management, supervision and trade labour from a multi skilled and experienced workforce. We have a number of term contracts within the oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical, power and steel sectors.
Our planning team will carefully allocate labour specific to each contract to ensure the seamless operation of our clients schedule or programme of works, thus, maintaining contract cost and programme control. We are also proficient in the management of sub-contract labour and are able to work as principal contractor under CDM regulations.
All site personnel have appropriate operational qualifications including site safety passport, and for hazardous locations are CompEx trained. They are also issued with Personal Protective Equipment as standard and any tools or equipment necessary to perform effectively in role.
All construction activities are driven by total compliance with CDM, SHE and other legislative requirements to ensure the highest standard of service for our clients.
