We have established several long term relationships throughout our business and have a great commitment to these relationships. From this has developed a number of term contracts and term maintenance agreements along with several formal and informal alliances which continue to grow.
We presently have a number of term contracts varying in length, type and size. Our current term contracts include provision of site labour, engineering design, project work and fabrication supply for client sites. The contracts vary between £30,000 and £7million per annum and can involve 1 employee part –time to 60 employees full-time. The majority of labour involved in these term contracts is permanently based on the clients’ site with support from our manufacturing and design facilities.
Cordell operate with a multi-disciplined piping, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation workforce that provide term maintenance solutions from pump overhauls, gauge changes, mini-events, through to total plant shutdown.
We have a proven track record in acquisition and TUPE contract negotiations.
