Cordell Group offers an extensive manufacturing facility for Low Voltage electrical, control and instrumentation panels. Our panel manufacturing facilities include a 300m2 workshop with 2 tonne overhead crane in the North of England and a 100m2 workshop in the South.
Our capabilities include the manufacture of modular control rooms, control desks, mimic panels, analyser panels, PLC, SCADA and DCS enclosures, Form 4 motor control centres, inverter drive cubicles, distribution boards, annunciator and telemetry systems, hydraulic and pneumatic panels.
The Control Panels are manufactured to specification in a variety of materials including sheet steel, galvanised steel, zinc plated steel, stainless steel, polyester and GRP to suit all environments. We also provide overhaul, refurbishment, system simulation, installation and commissioning of panels. We ensure compliance with LV and EMC Directives. We can supply enclosures suitable for hazardous area applications in compliance with ATEX Directives.
We offer fully integrated test facilities combining hard-wired and software functionality.
Our manufacturing facility works alongside our design, software systems, and installation departments to provide an integrated solution to your power distribution, process control and machine automation applications in single or multi-discipline projects.
