Cordell have the versatility to manufacture and assemble a wide range of structures and fabrications. Taking pride in delivering the engineered quality solution, we are able to maintain high standards through structured implementation of quality procedures and deployment of highly skilled personnel.
Our manufacturing design and fabrication workshops are located across the UK. Our largest facility in Sunderland is 6000m2 and has a crane capacity of 60 tonnes. We also have the option to hire additional facilities and resources in alternative locations as necessary.
We can fabricate a variety of materials including stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, exotics, plastics etc. Cordell engineers, supervisors and tradesmen are all appropriately trained and experienced. Our QA/ QC Inspection Engineers ensure that our welding procedure and welder qualification register is up to date and in-line with current legislation.
With support from our design and construction business areas we are able to offer the full project management, design, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning service using our in-house resources.
