After a long period of research, the drive to qualify internal nationally accredited courses has been achieved. Directorate approval was received in September 2008 where upon a small band of determined employees were selected to jump through the hoops of the National Certificate Instructors’ Course against the criteria set by the Independent Training Standards Scheme & Register (ITSSAR).

A group of Cordell employees recently took part in the toughest cycling challenge in the North of England. The Coast to Coast consists of a grueling 140 miles of cycling, and a course consisting of a wide variety of terrain with over 2000ft to climb.
