Brent Cordell

A lifelong resident of the Northshore, Brent lives in Covington with his wife Christina and their three daughters. Brent attended Saint Paul’s School and Covington High School before attending Southeastern Louisiana University. He joined Keller Williams after a long career in the retail furniture industry. He and Christina built Bedroom Galleries for over 15 years, growing the business into one of the largest bedding stores in the Northshore area.

While operating Bedroom Galleries, Brent invested in both commercial and residential real estate. This helped him gain extensive experience in purchasing, selling, and leasing property from the owner/investor side of the table. In 2014, he decided to dive into real estate full-time and earned his Louisiana Realtor’s license. Brent’s history of top-notch customer service in the retail industry has translated well into the real estate arena. His focus on the client’s needs has always been and will always be the foundation of his business.

Brent serves on the Keller Williams Mandeville Agent Leadership Council and the market center's Finance Committee. He also teaches Ignite classes, helping new agents learn the ins and outs of negotiating real estate contracts.

Brent serves the community by volunteering on the board of St. Tammany Parish Water District 3 since 2009. He has served as Chairman since 2013. The board provides water service for over 850 homes. Most recently, he oversaw the first new well construction and storage tank for the district in over 50 years. The project was completed in 2018 and will vastly improve the water quality and storage capacity for the area.

Brent and his family are 10+ year residents of the Riverwood and Covington Country Club neighborhoods. His long history with both neighborhoods has led him to specialize in helping neighbor-clients achieve their real estate goals, whether they are looking to buy, sell, or lease their homes. Brent’s love of the neighborhood shows in the way he markets his clients’ homes and in the properties he has helped stage, renovate, and sold over the years.
